Scheduling
Our practice hours are Monday through Thursday from 8am to 5pm. We can also be reached on Fridays from 9am to 12pm.
We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you the same day.
We try our best to stay on schedule. Various circumstances including emergency cases or unforeseen treatment complications may, from time to time, cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience. Whenever possible, we will call to let you know if we are running more than 15 minutes behind -- we value your time and will try to keep you updated if any delay should occur. Otherwise, arriving on time for your appointment will help us minimize delays for all patients.
If you should need to change your appointment, we ask that you give a minimum 24-hours notice. We generally schedule appointments in 2-hour blocks, and we do not double-book, so your appointment time is set aside exclusively for you. We appreciate your regard for the time we schedule for you.*
